Concord Baptist Association is seeking a full-time Association Mission Strategist (AMS) to lead efforts to strengthen, start, and send churches within the Association. The AMS will care for pastors and staff, coach church leaders, connect churches with relationships and resources, provide counsel, and foster collaboration that advances Great Commission ministry throughout Rutherford County.
