Jeff Mims is the pastor of Judson Baptist Church in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman university, southeastern southeastern, seminary, and Liberty University. He is married to Kathie and they have two children.

Patton McClendon has served on staff at Judson Baptist Church in Nashville, TN in various roles since 2013. He has served as the Student Pastor for the past eight years. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Theological Seminary and is currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate in Next Generation Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He cares deeply about reaching the next generation and equipping leaders to accomplish that task. 

Danielle has over 29 years of kidmin experience, and she possesses a passionate fervor for sharing, discipling, and shepherding children and families with the message of Jesus Christ. Danielle is a well-respected leader and trainer in Children's Ministry and has spoken regionally at local churches and nationally at children's ministry conferences. She has written curriculum for The Gospel Project Kids HyFi, and Brite. She has also written the following resources: "God's Brave Girl" Leader and Student Guides (LifeWay), "The Gospel God's Plan for Me" Leader and Student Guides (LifeWay), and the Younger KidMin chapter for "Children's Ministry Volunteer Handbook" (Outreach). Danielle serves as the Minister to Children at Belle Aire Baptist Church and the cohost of a new podcast entitled “Sundays Got Us Talking” (sundaysgotustalking.com). She also blogs about ministry, faith, and foster care at danidbell.com. 

Lindsay Follette has served as the Special Needs Director at New Vision Baptist Church since 2022. Her background is in occupational therapy, and she uses that training daily to create inclusive environments where each child, teen, and adult can worship and be discipled. Her life verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, which reminds her to trust in the Lord and His grace that is sufficient in every situation. Lindsay married John in 2023, and they have a Bernedoodle puppy, Moose. 

Dwayne Ewers serves in the teaching and preaching ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Lavergne, TN, and as the Acquisitions Strategist for Holman Bible & Reference at Lifeway Christian Resources.  He has served in various pastoral roles for the past twenty-seven years in Kentucky and Tennessee.  He and his wife of twenty-eight years live in Murfreesboro, TN and have three adult children spread across the globe.  Dwayne is currently completing coursework at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in preparation for a D.Min. in Christian Leadership, where his doctoral work focuses on creating discipleship and leadership pathways for the next generation of lay and vocational leaders.

Brandi Bontrager serves as the New Vision Weekday Preschool Director at New Vision Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. The program serves as a Mother’s Day Out and preschool ministry for children ages one to five in the community and currently serves approximately 250 children each school year. Brandi considers each child an incredible blessing to the program.

Brandi attended University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) where she earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and her Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction. Prior to stepping into her role at New Vision, she taught in the Rutherford County Schools system for 18 years.

Brandi and her husband will celebrate 21 years of marriage in October. Together they have two children, Paden and Tessa, who are their greatest blessings. Their daughter, Tessa, is a rising high school freshman, and their son, Paden, is a rising high school senior. While this season brings many emotions, Brandi and her family are excited to see where the Lord leads them in the years ahead.
